she was "EATING FOODS MEANT FOR HER BLOOD GROUP".
Never have i heard stuff like that before...........I logged on to Google on my mobile right there and then and started blogging everything Blood Group Foods for Sliming et al.
My Search lead me to Safe Slimming and i learnt a whole lot.
1. Blood group O are protein (JUST MEAT) eaters....meaning, they should have little problem with the problems associated with high protein consumption. hmmm. Restricting consumption of Grains, Breads, Legumes, and Beans is to the Os Favor.
